Rick Long has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas since 1985. He has an unusually broad and extensive background in construction, title work, real estate, and banking. He understands the entire process from purchasing raw land to the closing of the finished product in residential, agricultural, and commercial real estate. In addition, he is well versed in all types of 1031 tax exchanges. When not working, Rick can be found at his place in the country on the West side of Benton County where he lives with his dog, Stella, and his horses.
