Attorney's Title Group Announces Opening of Springdale Office, Marking Its Third Northwest Arkansas Location

Attorney's Title Group, LLC, ("ATG"), a trusted provider of title and closing services in Arkansas, has announced the opening of its newest location in Springdale. This new location is the result of the transition of operations from Natural State Title to Attorney's Title Group. As part of the transition, Natural State Title has concluded operations under its current name, with its employees, including owner Victor Velazquez, joining the Attorney's Title Group team. Clients will continue working with the same trusted professionals but with the expanded resources and service offerings of Attorney's Title Group.

This transition allows us to continue to provide the personalized customer service our clients are accustomed to, but with additional resources and capabilities. We assure you that the only thing that's changing is our name, everything else is business as usual."
ATG was formed in Little Rock in 2013, but has expanded greatly over the past few years, to include two existing offices in Northwest Arkansas (Rogers and Fayetteville). The company has previously expressed their commitment to being accessible to customers across the state.
