Robert Hernandez was born and raised in Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sports business from Stetson University and his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law. In college, he was an intramural official and met his fiancé while officiating one of her flag football games. Upon graduating law school, they moved to Arkansas for his fiancé’s residency program at UAMS. Robert was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2023.
Robert’s mother is a real estate broker and his father is a general contractor, so Robert has been involved in the real estate industry for most of his life. He learned many real-life and on-the-job lessons from his parents, which led to him obtaining his real estate license in Florida when he was 19. He has been passionate about all things real estate ever since. Because of a desire to help people who could not help themselves, he decided he wanted to pursue a career as an attorney. He has now merged his two passions of real estate and law.
